My weight loss diary! Week one!

Hello, Beautiful!
As I promised, I will try to describe my new diet in the next few lines.
I'm not used to this yet, and I do not have the habit of describing or photographing each of my meals, but I hope to fix this mistake in the future so that I can track the whole process more accurately.


 First of all, before I start with the menu analysis, I want to say that I am neither a vegan nor a vegetarian and I like to eat meat, mainly pork and chicken, I love eggs, cheese and cheese and very rarely fish and fish delicacies.I love only squash, mackerel and sprat from the fish.The past few years have avoided french fries, as well as any kind of chips, snacks, sallets, wafers and all the so-called "junk."In the winter I love to drink homemade red wine with a soft drink.I consume bread mainly during the winter.I do not fall, especially on pastries, but I can not give up sweet and chocolate.I guess this is my weak spot, though I'm careful not to overdo it, but when I'm under stress I can not miss it.In short, these are my eating habits that I will try to change by turning them into a weight-loss tool.I'm not a specialist or something, and I have not been to one yet, which may be a big mistake on my part, and which I'm thinking to fix in the very near future.And now I will try to tell you about my menu and what I will try to achieve.
 Breakfast
Here is the moment to say that two years ago I was only drinking coffee.
Just in the morning I did not need to take up any quantity of food.
  Everything was great until the moment I did not get sick with getting up from the bed.
From that point on I started looking for the perfect breakfast for me.
Over the past few months, I've gotten the bad guy in the morning to have breakfast for princesses, which is not healthy.

That is why I try to replace them with fresh fruit and fruits, which is to say in most cases I get.
 Another my favorite breakfast is muesli with milk and oatmeal with milk.
I reach them quite often, especially if I want to diversify my morning menu.

 lunches
Not everyone knows how varied.
I basically ate rice in an oven I forgot to shoot.
As I said, I'm not used to the idea yet.
Another part was a homemade chicken casserole, as well as a stew of roasted peppers.

Evening
For me, dinner is very important and there is no way to miss it.
In many cases, it is also my main meal of the day, which is a huge mistake, but let us admit that when you are busy and busy in most cases you do not have lunch time.
Therefore, the time of the evening at the table is very important to me, because one kind so relax, recharge and prepare for the new day.
And since I'm trying to lose weight I'm going to lighter options for dinner.
I prefer it to light cream soups, as in roses case, some quick eggs or nutritious tasty salad.

This Gorgeous is basically my menu that will undergo changes both seasonally and according to my mood.
