Internal vibration and how does it affect our happiness?

Hello friends.
For a long time, I've been thinking about getting a new rubric on the blog, which I will call Psychology.
In it I will share with you everything that will motivate you to remain positive and productive and to easily achieve your goals.
Today we will talk about vibration vibration and how it affects us.


What is internal vibration?


 In general, internal vibration is particles, molecules, cells and organs, each of which
there is an individual frequency of vibration.
Internal vibration depends on a number of factors, some of which we can control as:
the state of the organism, the food we accept, the bad habits we can minimize, the hygiene, and the quality of our feelings and thoughts.
We, as living beings, have a major metabolic rate, such as being at rest, so when events start to happen in our lives.

 How do we realize that we are at a high vibration level?
 There are many factors that show our body that our energy vibration is the viax.
When our body needs less sleep time and the sensation of falling asleep disappears, it is one of the signs that our body is in high vibrational position.
We become more sensitive and tangible to others and we begin to feel their energy field much faster.
The fear of self-confidence is lost or completely disappearing, and an understanding arises that everything outside is merely a reflection of our inner sensation.
The feeling of absolute confidence in the right goal appears, leaving no doubt as to where we go and why.
Our impact on the environment and its conservation is intensifying.
Gratitude as a whole is a powerful means of enhancing our vibration.
Meditation.
Practicing meditation has many benefits, and it helps us to blot out our minds
of negative thoughts and emotions, and helps us find the inner balance we need to increase our vibration.
 As a result of all the above, what we do and thinks begins to take place with ease.

 When are we in low vibration?
It is logical.
Everything that is opposite to what is explained above and affects negatively on us and our emotional state puts us in a position of low vibration.
If we do not care for our body, we do not give it enough good and healthy food, enough water and sleep, we can not expect him to thank us and be in high vibration.
Negative thoughts and emotions again put us at a disadvantage.
They create low frequency and block high vibration.
Therefore, finding the balance both mentally and emotionally and being healthy is from
it is extremely important to raise the quality of life and allow the universe to help us the best way.
