How to go "forward" when we are hurt!

 "The only way to live is if we grow up The only way to grow up is if we change The only way to change is if we learn The only way to learn is if we are open The only way to open is, if we find ourselves. " 
Exactly speaking and appropriate for today's position.Many times we have been injured by expensive people.We have trusted, and in return we have received a great "nothing." 
And every time we ask ourselves why, why is it happening to me? 
Why is nothing like what I want to be? Why am I again alone?

 
 So, from personal experience today, I decided to give you a few tips that will surely help you keep going "forward"

 1. Do not show weakness.
 
No matter how hurt you are, do not show your feelings and emotions. 

To know that it is difficult even impossible, but in a moment of controversy and insult a person often says things that he regrets then.
 
And the opposite effect you can achieve if you decide to reveal your feelings is the opposite side to start regretting you. And you do not want that right? 

2. Feel everything calmIn support of the above statement, tranquility in the situation would be a very powerful trump to your advantage. 
This will not only keep your dignity, but you will give "food for thought" to the other side. 
You will confuse it and ask it to ask questions that only you can answer. 
3.Remove the emotionsBut only when you stay alone.Say what you should do to get rid of all the negative emotions that are currently controlling your feelings and actions  
.4. Do not blame yourself
 
Do not blame yourself for what happened.Sometimes it is better to let fate decide for us because I believe she knows what is best for us and that is why she puts us to trial. 

5. Feel everything as "experience"
 Every situation in which we fall through our lives gives us "valuable lessons" from which we can get the most needed and apply it in the future. 
So, no matter how bad you are, no matter how hurting you, know that it's just a moment to go away and that right now, you've become even stronger, even more wise and even more determined than ever.
 
6. Share with a friend 

There is nothing more unloading than sharing a girlfriend. 
And it would be better to get out of a female.Planning the day just for you and pampering, thinking nothing but "the moment" in which you are the only one.
 7. Do something "yourself"
 If you've been on a diet, just cut it off for a day and pamper yourself with your favorite treat.If you are writing to yourself.Please do as I do.
Give everything on a piece of paper and then light it up to finish it once and for all with it.If you like to travel. 
Take your work and your hobby. 
Do it all with love and one day, sooner or later fate will reward you for your efforts and send you as much love as you did not suppose it existed.
