How I'm inspired by the "little things" in life!

Hello, Beautiful!
Each of us has experienced depression, which lasts for some, and for others it is shorter.
But in spite of the boring and "gray" routine of most of us, I think we should pay more attention to the "little things" of life and be grateful for the opportunities we have.
So today I decided to share my inspirational methods.
1. When I feel that I need "recharge", nature is what I always turn to always "to find myself".

Just a few minutes walking in nature are able to "get me back into the game" as they say and give me the strength to move on.
2. The good weather and colors of spring always fill me with very positive emotions.
3.Music is the thing without which I can not. I listen to music constantly in the morning and in the evening and during the day. I can not imagine a day without music. Then life really would not make sense to me. Only a few songs are able to improve my day and load me with positive emotions.4.Instagram has become one of my favorite platforms. The good pictures and the wonderful places I see there make me dream and with even more inspiration to do what I do.5. When I'm planning my week, I always start every day with positive thoughts to inspire me.And if I read, something inspiring,
 I surely put it in my planner so I can open the page in time and when I read it, impossible things, and that dreams come true only when you're brave to risk!
