Each of us has experienced depression, which lasts for some, and for others it is shorter.
But in spite of the boring and "gray" routine of most of us, I think we should pay more attention to the "little things" of life and be grateful for the opportunities we have.
So today I decided to share my inspirational methods.
1. When I feel that I need "recharge", nature is what I always turn to always "to find myself".

Just a few minutes walking in nature are able to "get me back into the game" as they say and give me the strength to move on.
2. The good weather and colors of spring always fill me with very positive emotions.
3.Music is the thing without which I can not. I listen to music constantly in the morning and in the evening and during the day. I can not imagine a day without music. Then life really would not make sense to me. Only a few songs are able to improve my day and load me with positive emotions.4.Instagram has become one of my favorite platforms. The good pictures and the wonderful places I see there make me dream and with even more inspiration to do what I do.5. When I'm planning my week, I always start every day with positive thoughts to inspire me.And if I read, something inspiring,
 I surely put it in my planner so I can open the page in time and when I read it, impossible things, and that dreams come true only when you're brave to risk!

 Today, I decided to experiment and deviate from the subject I am basically writing about and give you my point of view on SEO optimization.
The last few years have been the peak of writing blogs and copywriters.And in order for their articles to become popular and go to the top of the google ranking, much of them resort to so-called SEO optimized texts.What is actually SEA?This is an abbreviation for Search Engine Optimization, which in short is a way to make your articles better on the pages of search engines.The web is full of any recommendations, articles, and rules for writing similar content, and I will introduce some standard practices that can be used by both advanced and beginners.

 The first and most basic rule when it comes to writing such types of texts is to find a suitable keyword.For this purpose, it is important to specify what we are writing about, whether we offer a particular type of service or product, or give advice and advice on one or another topic, it depends entirely on us.The next step is to track in Google Analytics which words people are looking for related to your article topic. It shows a list of words and phrases from which you can choose which ones to emphasize.The second main rule on which you need to focus is "the title of your article"It is mandatory to start with the keyword you chose. Днес реших да експериментирам и да се отклоня от тематиката,за която пиша основно и да ви представя моята гледна точка за СЕО оптимизацията.

Последните няколко години е пикът на писането на  „блогове” и копирайтърите.
И за да придобият популярност техните статии и да излизат на челните места в google класирането,  голяма част от тях прибягват до така наречените СЕО оптимизирани текстове.
Какво всъщност е СЕО?
Това е съкращение за Search Engine Optimization,което накратко е начин да направите вашите статии по-добри в страниците на търсачките.
В интернет е пълно със всякакви препоръки , статии  и правила за писане на подобно съдържание,като аз ще представя някои стандартни практики,които могат да се използват както от напреднали така и от начинаещи.


Първото и най-основно правило когато става въпрос за писане на такъв тип текстове е  да намерите подходяща ключова дума.
За целта е важно да уточним за какво пишем,дали предлагаме определен вид услуга или продукт или даваме насоки и съвети по една или друга тема,зависи изцяло от нас.
Следващата стъпка е да се проследи в  Google Analytics кои думи хората търсят свързани с темата на вашата статия.Показва се списък с думи и фрази от които може да си изберете такива,върху които да наблегнете.
Второто основно правило върху,което трябва да се фокусирате е”заглавието на вашата статия”
Задължително е то да започва с ключовата дума,която сте избрали.Заглавията на статията трябва да са добре обмислени,да зададат  тона на съдържанието и да накарат читателите да прочетат статията.
Третото основно правило е краткият URL адрес,както и използването на изходящи връзки,за да обясните вашата статия.
URL адресът на вашата статия (наричан още "slug in WordPress" и "Permalink in Blogger") трябва да е кратък и да съдържа фокусираната ключова дума.
Изходящите връзки дават възможност на потребителите да научат по-вече по темата,за която пишете.
 Четвъртото нещо,което е добре да направите е да компенсирате вашите изображения.
Скоростта на сайта е важна част от СЕО и класирането.Търсачката предпочита сайтове с  по-бързо натоварване спрямо тези,които се нуждаят от минути за зареждане.
Изображенията вземат максималното време за зареждане и по този начин намаляването на размера им,ще ви помогне да увеличите скоростта на сайта ви.
Това са основните правила,които трябва да знаете,преди да разпространите вашата статия в социалните мрежи. Когато търсачките засекат по-висока активност, в повечето случаи ще наградят усилията Ви, като това ще доведе до увеличаване на посещаемостта на вашият сайт,каквато е и крайната цел.

The challenge of being organized!

Hello, Beautiful!Today I will be talking about one of my great shortcomings, namely, my "dissatisfaction."My inability to focus my attention on one thing over a long period of time has often been a big problem for me, not only in personal and professional terms.Almost always start a few things at the same time, which in time remain incomplete.And to focus only on one of them, I started to record everything in a glider.I have been doing this for a second year and I can say that I feel much more prepared, motivated and inspired to achieve the goals and tasks I have set myself.

 For these two years I have tried a variety of options, ranging from a simple notebook to a personalized one.I went through the so-called Bullet Journal, but I realized that none of these models worked for me, just like the one I'm going to tell you.Some time ago, I just happened to fall into the canal of a girl from the Netherlands called Lilia and she was showing her method of planning there.Of course, I only took the basis of this method, but I did it the way I understand it.For this I use the so-called business descent glider, so I think it was.
 I liked the idea that when you open up your glider, you see what you have to do for two weeks.Everything is clear and clearly arranged and you can focus on the upcoming week.What am I doing?During the first few days of the year, like any normal person, I plan what goals I want to achieve during the year.I plan my week mainly on weekends, recording absolutely everything I have to do.I schedule the blog and the time when and what I will sit down to write.Every day I write something inspirational, such as inspirational thoughts, quotes, or just some sentences that make sense to me.So when I open my sailboat I am filled with inspiration and positive emotions.Very soon, in my plans, I also included several changes.I started recording all the books I read during the week, as well as those I wanted to read.The same applies to movies and serials.I also have a diary, because I want to lose weight and start a healthier lifestyle.I have a separate column for my expenses and earnings as well as the bills I have to pay.Every Sunday I spend time analyzing the week and writing my thanks and impressions from her.In short, these are my main "backing" points for the change I want to achieve.I can assure you that the method really works and I already see results from my work.

I decided to write this post because many of my girlfriends often ask me what series I'm watching or what books I read.
And I myself am in the process of constantly searching for something interesting to watch.
That's why I hope the topic I chose to like you and keep reading.
The photos I use are from the Internet, for which I apologize, but I wanted to get a sense of a series if you have not heard it before.
My long-lasting favorite is Тhe Charmed.


 It tells of three sisters, who are the strongest witches in the world. In the magical society they are known as the Charmed, but for all the rest are just the sisters Halliwell. 
 Each nurse has a magical power that grows and develops on the path of life.  
The charmers live together at Halliwell's mansion and use their powers to fight evil witches, demons and other evil creatures living in San Francisco.The series is great in it successfully combines fantasy, horror, comedy and romance.
 In America it is known for the fact that it becomes the longest shot series in whichmost of the main characters are women. Мistresses is another my favorite series.
Again, it's an American series that tells of four girlfriends - Sara, April, Katie and Jocelyn. Jocelyn is the youngest of the band and a real estate broker, Katie is a psychiatrist tortured by the death of a patient with whom she had a relationship, Sarah is Jocelyn's sister and a married lawyer whose marriage breaks down after a catastrophe.
They all engage in secrets, lies, misunderstandings, and complicated love relationships. 
 Next in the list is the Vampire Diaries.
There is hardly anyone who has not heard or seen at least one series of it, so I will not go into detail about the story.
I admit honestly the first few seasons I liked the most and after the fifth season I stopped looking at it, but still the series remains the only one in which the main actress is a Bulgarian and for which we can not help watching it.
Big Little Liesis one of one of my last hits.
For him, I understood the award of the Oscar for 2018, which made me a great impression because I had not heard so much about a series so far.The Big Little Lied won a Best Limit Series award, and major actors Nicole Kidman, Alexander Skarsgard and Lora Dern won Oscars for best actress in a movie or series, as well as an actress and actress in a supporting role.Shortly Big Little Lies' presents the story of three mothers who live in luxury in the American city of Monterey.But behind the luxurious life lies a bunch of intrigue that makes the series so interesting.Blood and Oil is a serial that is different from everything I've ever seen.

 I can not miss watching a show starring my beloved actress Jennifer Lopez.
He focuses on the main character Harley McCord (Lopez), who is a lone parent detective and works undercover for the FBI Anti-Corruption Department.
Harley is befriending the people around him and so compromised and goes to the moral dilemma whether to work for the police or against her.
Lucifer
The series presents the story of Lucifer Morningstar, the ruler of Hell, who is so bored that he decides to leave his throne going to Los Angeles.There he becomes the owner of a nightclub who enjoys his life until one day he discovers that a beautiful singer is murdered in front of his club.That bothers not only him but his best friend Mazikin.The murder also attracts the attention of police inspector Clawie Danser, who despises Lucifer, but is intrigued by his ability to reveal the secrets of the people.Lucifer for the first time falls in love and does not know what to do, so he goes to a psychiatrist who becomes one of the most important people for him.
 Client List is one of my last favorite.

This is my last discovery that I'm crazy about.I love it a lot when I go to some series.So I finish my day with positive emotions.The series tells of the Texas hostess Riley Parks, who is forced to work in a chic salon that offers not only massages.The man leaves her suddenly, and his brother Evan assumes his role and falls in love with his wife, but just when the relationship is shared by both of them, and everything starts to take place, the escaped husband comes home, bringing a bunch of trouble.Extremely enjoyable and well-chosen actress with an enchanting storyline.I strongly recommend the show and I'm sure the ladies will not be disappointed with it.I hope I was helpful!Kisses!See you soon!
