Friends, I decided to start this line because I am on a regimen called "keto" or "low-carb-high-fat" diet since the beginning of the year that impressed me, and thanks to which I dropped 4 kg and a half.
Before I go on I want to make a very important clarification I am not a specialist and everything I will share with you is based on my experience.
By its nature, this regimen is mainly based on the intake of natural fat and minimizing carbohydrates.
Why is this important?
When we are not on a diet, the body "burns fat" based on the intake of carbohydrates.
When increasing natural fat intake and restricting the consumption of carbohydrates to a minimum, the body falls into the state of "Ketosis", which burns fat.
How did I start?
I started my change as early as the beginning of January immediately after New Year's holidays.
Yes. I know this is risky and there is a great chance to fail, but I had already made my decision and there was no going back.
The natural thing I did was to knock out all of my sweet stuff, pasta, bread, and carbonated beverages from my menu.
That's what I did during the first few week until I found a facebook band that lit me up for the kethose's "magic" method.
Then I started to read on the subject, learn and apply everything in practice.
So I realized that without much effort, I could get the body I dreamed for so many years.
